Local Yarn Store Day (LYS Day) is a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and community. It’s a day dedicated to the small businesses that bring fiber enthusiasts together, offering unique yarns, expert advice, and a welcoming space to learn and share. Whether you’re a knitter, crocheter, weaver, or just starting your fiber journey, LYS Day is your chance to connect with others who share your love of yarn. There will be free gifts and raffles in the shop all day long!

Mistakes Happen! This in-person class covers identifying and fixing common mistakes in knitting. With a bit of practice you will learn how to spot a mistake and learn how to fix it. We will look at the most common mistakes, practice making the mistake and then building skills to fix them. We will go over tips and tricks to aid in getting those projects finished even if they have a mistake! Next Class: Saturday May 2, 2026 9:30AM - Noon
