Christmas Crochet Workshop

If you're interested in crocheting your own festive holiday decorations, then this workshop is for you! Mariam will guide you through selecting yarns and fillings and provide basic instruction to crochet these adorable tabletop Christmas Tree Cones. This class meets in-person at the shop. Next workshop: Monday November 17th 10AM - Noon

Knitting My Second Sweater

The folks who completed the Knitting My First Sweater class had so much fun that they requested a Knitting My Second Sweater class. In this class, we will knit a top down raglan pullover with stripes! The class project is Sweater No. 32 by My Favourite Things. The store model uses 3 skeins of Round Mountain Willow Worsted in the Polar Bear in the Fireweed colorway and 3 skeins of Malabrigo Rios #706 Cosmos to make size Medium. Your color and yarn choices are endless for this pattern! This class meets in-person at the shop. Next Class: November 3, 10, & 24, 2025 4:15PM - 6:15PM

Over-dyeing Workshop: Reimagine that Drab Garment/Yarn

As a result of leaving a few garments in the shop windows for too long, the pieces lost their sparkle and became sun-bleached and drab! I revived them by over-dyeing them using the Wool Tincture Dye color packs. The results are just plain WOW! Bring your own drab garment/yarn to this hands-on workshop and leave with your own WOW! Next workshop: Saturday October 11th from 10 - 11:30AM

Next Steps Knitting - Beanie in the Round

Keep knitting scarves but want to do more? Learn the next level of knitting techniques while knitting a hat in the round. We will learn knitting in the round, working with circular and double point needles, and decreases. This class will provide all of the skills to make the Ball & Skein Basic Beanie hat, a shop favorite! This class meets in-person at the shop. Next Class: Mondays January 19 & 26, 2026 4:15PM - 6:15PM
