Course Overview
I fell in love with the Make Myself Flowers Vest the moment I saw the pattern. And my finished vest is a show-stopper! Learn Intarsia Colorwork knitting in this class where you'll knit your own show-stopping vest! This class meets in-person at the shop.
The class project is Make Myself Flowers Vest by Vexnot Studio. The store model uses 5 balls of Talara, 3 in color 7301 and 2 in color 7328, to make size C. Your color and yarn choices are endless for this pattern! This class meets in-person at the shop.
Skills Required
You should be experienced with knitting and purling, basic stitch increasing and decreasing techniques, and working with 2 or more strands of yarn. Experience with stranded colorwork is a bonus.

- 3-needle bind-off to join the shoulders
- Picking up stitches for the collar and sleeve cuffs
- Duplicate Stitch
- How to read a colorwork chart
You will need to bring the following Materials/Supplies to the class
You will receive a 20% discount for your class supplies.
- Yarn to knit your Make Myself Flowers Vest (recommend Talara or other heavy worsted/Aran weight yarn)
- US 7 & 9 needles, either circular or single pointed for the body of the vest, US 7 16" needles for collar and sleeve ribbing
- Stitch Markers, stitch holders, scissors, row counter, tapestry needle
There needs to be a minimum of 3 people to run this class.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is needed to reserve your space. For a full refund on the class, cancellations must be made 5 days before the class. All refunds are given as store credit only. If we cancel the class for any reason or we are able to fill your slot, you will receive a full refund.
