Returns and Exchanges
Yarn can look different on different computer monitors! We're trying to say that matching the red of your project to the red on your computer will result in a lot of frustration. We also sell a lot of hand dyed yarns and they will change from batch to batch. We urge you to make sure you're purchasing enough to complete your project.

Non-sale yarn may be exchanged for store credit up to 30 days from date of purchase. Contact us for return authorization before you mail your yarn back to us. We will issue a store credit when we receive your yarn. The yarn must be in new, truly unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging, unwound, smoke free, no pet hair, wine stains, you know - the usual.

Yarn purchased at a discounted price may not be returned or exchanged. Books, Patterns, Needles, Notions, Hand Made items and Sale items are non-returnable.
