This shawl is worked from the center of the upper edge downwards. The stockinette and eyelet sections are shaped with m1 increases on each side of the center “spine” stitch and yarnover increases inside the 2-stitch side borders. The broken-rib trim continues the shaping with m1 increases.

Manos del Uruguay MILO (65% merino wool, 35% linen, approx. 100 g/380 yds), Shown in Milo, i2061 Pollen (A) and i2273 Savana (B) 1 sk each of A and B.

US 6/4 mm 32” circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle

GAUGE
21 sts and 34 rows/rnds = 4”/10 cm in St st using larger needles.
