When selecting a size, choose a finished width at least 5” to 10” wider than your actual shoulder width. The circumference of 46½ (52½, 60, 68½)”, twice the finished body width, is intended to fit approximate chest measurements of 24–30 (32–38, 40–48, 50–60)”, making the smallest size also appropriate for a child of 6 to 12 years.
