American Fiber Targhee Worsted
Located in Dryden, Michigan, Mitchell Wool Co is sourcing, spinning & dyeing each skein of yarn locally. The sheep are raised on the family farm, the yarn is spun at a local mill & the yarn is then dyed back at the farm. Each skein of yarn is lovingly produced by the Mitchell family.
Plump, light & velvety soft, American Fiber Targhee Worsted is spun with 100% Wyoming Targhee wool. The 19-micron Targhee yarn has Merino-like softness with a lofty sponge-like bounce, and high durability. The yarn is dyed entirely with natural plant fibers to produce a soft, natural color palette. It is ideal for next-to-skin durable projects like it ideal for everyday sweaters and hats.
