Next Steps Knitting (July 17th & 24th)
Join us in the shop on Wednesdays July 17th & 24th from 4:15PM to 5:15PM to expand your knitting skills by creating a beanie that is knit in the round!
Course Overview
You will continue to develop your knitting skills by creating a basic, but beautiful, beanie!
Over two 60 minute sections you will learn how work with circular needles to join your work in the round. The basic beanie starts with ribbing, followed by stockinette stitch for the body, followed by decrease rounds to shape the crown. You'll be a beanie making pro by the end of the 2 sessions!
Skills Required
You should be able to cast-on, knit, purl, and bind off without assistance.

- Ball & Skein Basic Beanie pattern
You will receive a 20% discount for your class supplies.
- 1 100 gram skein of worsted weight yarn
- 1 set of US 6 16 inch circular knitting needles
- 1 set of US 8 16 inch circular knitting needles
- 1 set of US 8 double point knitting needles (required for crown shaping)

Full payment is needed to reserve your space. For a full refund on the class, cancellations must be made 5 days before the class. All refunds are given as store credit only. If we cancel the class for any reason or we are able to fill your slot, you will receive a full refund.
